We are a new cooperative community dedicated to two propositions:

We are accomplishing both of these by creating an alternative diesel fuel with vegetable oil as it's basis. Our community is based in East County San Diego and as our objective we aim to help all those seeking similar interest in all of the San Diego area. ADF Alternatives launches it's effort to help all people ineterested in conserving the ecology and saving money to get involved with our growing effort today.

ADF alternatives branches out to include hydrogen production systems for diesel and gas vehicles.

In order to meet the obvious increase that will occur with the prices of petroleum diesel going through the roof this summer, we have been in contact with suppliers overseas. It's our intent to provide the cleanest oils available. So we have decided to enter into agreements (with due care and diligence) with such suppliers.

 We are hoping to be ready to provide substantial sources of bio-diesel for our clients in the very near future. This will be under an agreement to do so by delivering to those who join our coop. Initially this will be in the East County area of San Diego, with the intent to expand.

Here's the kicker: With the very real possibility of $5.00 a gallon this summer, we are determined to provide around a 30% savings.

Also, with the government determined to force companies with diesel trucks and equipment with forced retro-fit pollution control equipment or the forced buying of complient vehicles, the option of using bio-diesel in present equipment is very smart!

 Bio-diesel does not pollute! You can run your equipment/vehicles without any pollution control devices.

Or, what if you are presently running newer vehicles? Are you getting decent mileage? No. You're not getting what you would if there weren't pollution control devices on your vehicle!!! Therefore we advise you to consider the use of bio-diesel and not only save money and the ecology but also get greater mileage by thinking on the option to cut out the PVC in your vehicles/equipment.

EMBRACING ALTERNATIVES

We are sorry for the time this has taken. For months we have tried to find an honest and reliable source of virgin vegetable oil, only to find that the offers were scams. From Africa to Asia, China to India we have tried. To no avail. To offer you a source of agri-fuel (biodiesel) at a savings in comparison with petro-diesel we will have to wait. So until the costs of fuel increase we have to shelve our endeavors.

    The upside is, we finally found a source but cannot begin production until then.

     So please keep in touch and when you begin to see fuel prices again reach into the $3 dollar range know that we will be ready to start the process of importing oil and making fuel.

     I want you to know that I will not give up. I have gone through a huge learning curve...types of oils and the best for fuel (IE: cetane, seperation, quality), importing requirements, brokering, tarifs, taxes, website, email, incorpoating, shipping, trucking, on and on. So I have a sizable investment in time and money.

     Please don't give up on the idea of biodiesael and hydrogen on demand. They are a real option as fuel again spikes. We haven't heard the end of big oil.

     I am also starting to research algae. Believe it or not there is a tremendous opportunity there. The astounding aspect of algae is that some strains can produce upwards of 70% of oil!!!

      Remarkable isn't it?
